We are super happy with our Pic-ha Pad and Pic-ha FC bu equifor! We initially purchased the pad as I found that I had... hit a wall in my dressage schooling, no matter how I tried I couldn’t get Rocky to truly release through his back and work through. The first time we tried the pad Rocky seemed a bit confused, like he didn’t really know where to put his legs! But the second time it was as though it started to come together and he could release through his shoulders, after a half hour session he started working more uphill and released through his back to work through from behind and show a longer stride. I am so happy and feel like we can start to make some true progress now that he can actually move! Since the success of the pad we decided to get the FC girth which I love! You can see immediately that the shape means that his elbows don’t knock and rub on the girth buckles like they used to and the width means the pressure is distributed more evenly. I also noticed that it allowed further movement through his shoulders, his movement is just more correct since these awesome additions. Paul has been really helpful in giving extra advice on fitting etc when needed. I love that my saddler can come and adjust and check the pad as one size simply doesn’t fit all!read more

In a very short period of time the Pic-ha pad has made a significant & positive difference to my pony.
Last summer... following performance issues both in harness and when ridden he was diagnosed with kissing spine and immediately had surgery. Over the winter we have slowly bought him back into work, when ridden he was much happier (in a new made to measure saddle!) but still showed considerable tension through his back and neck when driven. Since using the Pic-ha pad he is so much more relaxed in harness, working with a longer stride, and more even rhythm.
Last week he had a regular physio treatment (since his op he’s had a treatment every 4 weeks to treat persistent muscle spasm ) This time there was little evidence of muscle spasm in his back, and none at the base of his neck. The Pic-ha pad adjustable gullet and traditional flocking means as he builds fitness and changes shape we can ensure his comfort is maintained with a perfect fit and even weight distribution over his back. At last we can now start to look forward to the outdoor season.read more
